What is brain fitness?
Similar to physical fitness, which is our foundational body skills which influences our performance in sports, brain fitness is our foundational brain skills which influence learning and achievement in school, work and daily life. Recent brain scan research has also shown that brain fitness is closely linked to our IQ and EQ.
Why is it important to have a fit brain?

Brain fitness influences every aspect of our lives. In a young student attending school, brain fitness influences everything from motivation for school, to the speed taken to scan or write a page of words, to the ability to pay attention and understand what the teacher is saying and to problem solve. In a working adult, brain fitness helps us to remember vital information for work, to process information quickly, manage our moods and keep us in our prime during work. Scientists working on mapping human intelligence have recently discovered that intelligence does not reside in any one part of our brain. Instead, the brain architecture for both human general intelligence (IQ) and emotional intelligence (EQ) involves a network of interconnections among a few critical brain areas, namely attention & working memory, language, visual and body perception.
